Economy with Duterte

Hi! This is my last blog. It is about the Good and Bad things about President Duterte Administrative.

He stands in support of LGBT rights. Though he sometimes publicly throws around pejorative terms like queer, Duterte has also firmly condemned discrimination against the LGBT community in the Philippines. He has said that as President, he would consider legalizing same-sex marriage and supports allowing LGBT people to serve in the military. In an appearance on a Philippine talk show last summer, he said that he'd have no issue with his son if he came out as gay, and said that "everyone deserves to be happy. He’s a genuine punisher. People throw around the term “strongman” a lot these days, but Duterte lives up to the billing. Known as “Duterte Harry” and “The Punisher,” Duterte served as mayor of Davao City for more than 22 years. Trained as a lawyer, he vowed to clean up a city so notorious for its crime it was once tagged the “Nicaragua of Asia.” Today, Davao’s per capita crime rate is the lowest in the country. But the methods Duterte allegedly used to pull this off have drawn condemnation from international human rights groups. It’s widely believed that Duterte sanctioned extrajudicial killings by roving packs of vigilantes. These death squads targeted petty criminals, street children and drug dealers, according to Human Rights Watch, claiming the lives of more than 1,000 people, 132 of them children. Duterte appointed himself judge, jury and executioner—and the people of Davao loved him for it. In a March survey conducted in the city by Ateneo de Davao University, 88 percent of people polled said they would vote for Duterte as president.

The pros
Duterte has rid Davao City of numerous lawless elements that plague most Philippine cities. He is rabidly against illegal drugs and made his mark early on as mayor by going after drug dealers and pushers with a vengeance. The result is that over the years, drug use in Davao has all but disappeared.
Other criminal elements such as swindlers, racketeers, cat burglars, and scam artists have received personal dressing-downs by Duterte after they are apprehended, sometimes accompanied by public ridiculing to make sure they got the mayor's message loud and clear.
No offense is too small for Duterte who this year personally confronted a visitor to Davao who insisted on smoking inside a restaurant despite repeated warnings. Duterte showed up, and in typical fashion made the man swallow his unfinished cigarette.
Duterte appears prepared to go head-to-head with powerful criminal syndicates who have local politicians and police in their pockets. Corrupt government officials will likely find life difficult under a Duterte administration. He appears to be the iron-handed, yet honest leader, that many Filipinos want.

The cons
Duterte appears to have little patience for the law and appears more willing to take matters into his own hands to achieve his own ends, noble though they may be.
He is rumored to have connections to vigilante groups in Davao responsible for the spate of killings of those involved with illegal drugs. Some of those killed were barely in their teens. Ties to vigilante groups should be a big red flag to any law-abiding citizen. At best it shows a cavalier attitude towards the law and at worst a complete disregard for it.
Like Vice President Jejomar Binay, Duterte has skirted the country's term limits law by having a relative serve as a "placeholder" for a single term, thereby allowing him to run again for three consecutive terms. It is not against the law to do that but it certainly violates the spirit of the law. If you're a mayor or governor in the Philippines, you might get away with it, but if you aspire for the highest office in the land, that kind of sly behavior should be totally unacceptable. There is a lack of statesmanship and fair play from politicians who resort to this underhanded tactic.

Bad things about President Duterte
  1. Extrajudicial killing
  2. Death Penalty
  3. Slow rate of work opportunities
  4. Same sex marriage
  5. Innocent individual were involve on drugs

At kailangan meron din tayong strong partnership sa ibang bansa kasi isa yun sa way to improve the current state of the Philippines.

Soccer Accessories for Boys

Welcome to my next blog, guys! This is about promoting a sport for boys!

Do you want to play soccer? If you want to play soccer, here are the stuffs that you will need:

The Soccer Ball
Soccer equipment begins with the ball. The football dates to ancient times. Sculls, pig's bladder, and round objects made from animal skins all served to be kicked in competitive, often violent and even ritualistic ways. Pagan customs prompted humans to smack a ball around an open field for the promise of a bountiful harvest, for the ball symbolized the sun.

Size matters when it comes to soccer balls. Shoppers of youth soccer equipment should take this into consideration: generally players aged 12 and over use size 5, children ages eight to 12 use size 4, and younger ones will need size 3. Regulation balls may be more expensive than others. If it's a ball that meets official regulation rules, on it you will find a stamp that indicates FIFA approval, or shows its official size and weight. Beginners might prefer a softer ball, more experienced players a harder one.
Continual advances in soccer equipment technology have made soccer balls lighter, and better-performing.

Soccer Shoes
Finding the right shoe is an important part of completing your soccer equipment package. In a few hundred years soccer footwear has gone from a pair of heavy leather boots made by Cornelius Johnson in 1525 and famously worn by King Henry VIII, to high-performing lightweight shoes specially designed for kicking, lifting, and manipulating the ball. Having undergone much change over the centuries, the soccer shoe's first traceable history began in the 1800s with the steel-toed work boot. Metal tacks were pounded into the soles for traction. The Football Association's 1863 ruling prohibited only the use of "projecting nails, iron plates," or plastic made from tree rosin ("gutta percha") projecting out of the soles or sides of boots. Eventually, the slipper shoe called "soccus" replaced the heavy steel-toed boot, and for once player's feet began to look the same. But much progress was on the horizon for the soccer shoe, as it sought to become more resilient, lightweight, and less prone to absorbing moisture. And that would be the work of the next century. To this day, science and technology have combined to create superior, high performing soccer shoes.

A quick tip about finding the right soccer shoe: unless it's well-constructed, injuries can occur so best to shop around for quality. Take a pair of socks with you. Soccer shoes should "fit like a glove", that is, snugly, because your feet may get blisters if not. Toes should hug the front of the shoe when standing. Advanced players should use leather cleats; beginning and intermediate players will do fine with cleats made from synthetic materials.

A word about indoor soccer shoes: to prevent injury, it's best to buy a pair of flat soled shoes, although many outdoor soccer shoes have molded cleats and can be used indoors.

Shin Guards

To get the best fit, make sure the shin guard is appropriate for the age of the wearer. A shin guard should fit snugly around the ankle and underneath the knee, and try them on with socks designed to hold the pad in place. It's also a good idea to try them on with cleats or soccer shoes, and wear them to a few practices to make sure they'll hold up well during a game. The pan should allow free range of motion while arming the shin. When you're shopping for a shin guard, know that they're sized according to the length of the shin. Measuring the length of the shin from an inch above the ankle to an inch just below the kneecap should provide the correct size. Something else to keep in mind about proper fit is to make sure the ankle cup fits snugly around the ankle.

Shin guards require proper care, and are best maintained by being hand-washed. But they are machine-washable, and make sure to fasten straps before washing. A tip: apply talc before wearing them, to absorb sweat. And if a shin guard cracks, replace it immediately to prevent injury.

Soccer Socks
The main job of socks is to support the shin guards. Staying in place is the most important element of any good-fitting sock. They should neither slip down, nor impede circulation. You generally get what you pair for, so buy the best pair your budget can afford.

Goalkeeper Equipment

You may not have thought about how important the goalkeeper is. Without the goalkeeper, there would be no points scored in the game. Some people say the goalkeeper is the reason soccer was invented. So soccer goalie equipment is of the utmost importance, and includes gloves, shirts, shorts, pants, and goalkeeper kit.

Gloves

Padded gloves prevent injury resulting from catching the ball. It's best to choose a pair that is durable and flexible. Today's gloves are designed a little stiff for added protection to the fingers. Parents of children in the goalkeeper position should be looking for a glove that offers maximum protection from finger injury. And as the game is often played in wet conditions, look for a durable pair of protective, water-resistant gloves.
Goalkeeper gloves should be comfortable, good-fitting, and offer great grip.

Goalkeeper Uniforms

Shirt

You might even say the goalkeeper is the distinguished member of the team. His or her shirt is going to look different from that of teammates. Usually it's a different color, and is long-sleeved to prevent injury.

Shorts

Goalkeeper shorts are generally longer and padded compared to those of teammates in order to prevent injury. Often Goalkeepers wear long, padded pants.

Training Equipment

Soccer training equipment for the serious team is a must. Training equipment can include the soccer ball machine, corner flags, cones, hurdles, balls, and nets designed to improve speed and agility.
Corner flags come in many choices and styles, such as stakes, spring loaded bases, hollow plastic bases, or a weighted base for fields that cannot take stakes. Know your team's need. They all have one thing in common: their height is 5 feet, 60 inches, or 1.42 meters. Whichever the case for your team, it's important that corner flags are well-maintained. And best to find a style that will meet all weather and field conditions.

Marker Cones

Marker cones are important as they designate outlying areas of the field.
Other recommended items of training equipment can include spiked pole bases, and passing arcs, which improve passing techniques, and agility ladders, and slalom poles to improve a player's flexibility and speed.

Football Kit Bag

Soccer equipment includes the football kit bag. They're inexpensive, and handy for organizing and toting soccer equipment. So it is a must for professional teams. Nike offers a popular design at a reasonable price.

Referee Equipment

What would a soccer game be without the referee? There was a time when soccer was played without a referee, or rules for that matter, other than a set of common rules teams would agree on. The referee was added to the game to make sure rules and order are followed. A referee's main duty is to enforce the Laws of the Game. Soccer referee equipment includes a whistle, watch, and of course a uniform.

                                                     The Whistle

Before the whistle, referees waved a handkerchief in the air to communicate with players. It wasn't until the 1870s with the production of the pea whistle by the ACME Whistle Company that soccer referees began to signal players using a high-pitched device. It is thought that the first whistle was used in a match between Nottingham Forest and Sheffield Norfolk, in 1878.

And only recently added to the Laws of the Game, whistles today are used to signal the start, stop, or delay of play. That, and verbal and body commu
nication, are important tools of any good soccer referee.

The Uniform
During soccer's earliest days, a person donning black and white from head to heal would have most likely been a referee, simply known as "man in black". Prior to mid-20th century, the referee often wore a black blazer, or an otherwise bright or eye-catching color, like red, that distinguished him from his team. The referee uniform has changed little. Today, refs and their assistants sport a uniform consisting simply of jersey, socks and shorts. FIFA allows jerseys to come in five colors: black, yellow, red, green and blue. Besides the jersey, refs in most cases must wear black shorts, black socks, with black shoes.

Indoor Soccer Equipment
Indoor and outdoor soccer equipment share similarities. The main difference is that indoor soccer is played in an enclosed space, as opposed to a field. Among other differences, such as goals and boundaries, generally indoor soccer is faster-paced, has fewer players, and can be more exciting to watch. Indoor soccer generally uses five to six players, while the outdoor uses about 11 players per team, depending on the league. As for the indoor arena; it's smaller, about 200 feet long by 85 feet wide, whereas the size of the outdoor field varies but can be no larger than 120 meters (394 feet) long by 90 (295 feet) meters wide, as allowed by the U.S. Soccer Federation.

So what are you waiting for? Buy your own accessories!

Favorite Song with message

Sup guys! This is my next blog and this is about my favorite song with message.

"A Thousand Years Music Video"

Have you ever fallen in love with someone? If you're more than ten years old, and normal, it's more possible than not that you have. Or even so many times :). If you have, what did you feel when you saw or met the one you crushed on? I guess you would feel nervous. Your heart would beat faster than usual. Also, I guess you were afraid of doing something, even a very little thing, which could give bad impression.

It is about deep feeling the singer has to someone. The feeling has actually come for a long time. However, she is afraid and doubtful. She is not confident with herself, just like all of us when falling in love. And so she hides the feeling. Consequently, romantic relationship between them has not been built, even though there's possibility that the one she adores actually has similar feeling to her.
The song also tells that after hiding the feeling for long time, one day she saw the boy standing alone. And as usual, her heart beat faster. Yet, different from the other days, that day she decided to revealed anything. She was determined not to lose the moment. "I Will not let anything take away" so the line goes. She made up her mind that whatever will happen, she will let the one she loves know what she feels.

It's about waiting for someone who will be the one for you. Who will love you just the way you are. Who will just look you in they eye. Who will always gets you.

Waiting for that person. It is worth it. When that moments comes when you met the right person the wait worth a thousand years and you will love that person a thousand more years.

It doesn't matter if that person is already the one you know or any person who will come in your life.  I just love this song. It's beautiful, very suitable for wedding songs.

Also this song is about waiting for the one. You've waited your entire life and you finally found them. But that person is scared. Scared of falling, letting their walls down. Afraid of being hurt. And you just want to reassure them that you've waited so patiently for them and you would never do anything to hurt them. And you'll continue to be patient with them and you'd never do anything to hurt them. All you want to do is love them.

Message of The Song for Us

It doesn't try to persuade the listeners to do the same. However, as critical persons we should learn something from the song. So what can we learn? Well, as you may know, on message clearly seen in the lyric is that hiding our feeling, especially admiration and love, to those we love or like much will not result anything but the feeling of tortured. It's much better for us just to tell our feeling to those we adore. It doesn't matter how they would respond. I know if they respond negatively to our openness, we will badly hurt. But, one thing you should remember, the hurt caused by the openness our feeling to someone will last much shorter that the one caused by our decision to hide it from his/her. So, tell me you love me if you really love me 😂😆 kidding!

The feeling of Graduating

Hi! This is my next blog for today.

Mabait yung head namin or boss ng Administrative Section at syempre lahat sila sobrang bait nila samin. All in all masaya experience ko sa naging OJT ko.

Totoo na ba to? Mangyayari na ba talaga to? Ayan yung tanong ko pa din as in superrrrrrrrr.

THANK YOU!

Dream Wedding

Sup guys! New blog again and it is about "My Dream Wedding"

Dream wedding ba kamo? Maganda at bonggang gown? Mamahaling heels? Magarbong reception area? Lahat kailangan mamahalin?

Godbless always 😘

Advocacy

Welcome again to my new blog! This is about advocacy and here it is!!

Let me define first what is advocacy.

Advocacy is a public support for or recommendation of a particular cause or policy.

I will discuss about my advocacy and it is about SOCIAL MEDIA.

Now a days many of us have social media like facebook, twitter, instagram, blogs and other websites. People who have social media are teenagers and adult.

By using this sites you can be update on what is happening in our surroundings. Even if you are not in your house you can use those websites by simply opening your mobile data. In using this you should think some principles in using social media. First is, be personal. You can share your story through your own social media by posting it Second, you should keep your eye on the goal, refrain from posting personal attack or negative comments about certain issues or post. Last you should be facts not fiction, staying credible means sharing quality information and refraining from posting exaggerated or false information about what you see in social media, you can post, comment and share your opinion but don't ever use words that will hurt other people. SOme network like ABS-CBN and GMA have their own pages in facebook, account in twitter and instagram so that if you don't have T.V or radio, social media can help you get informations by visiting their pages and other accounts just open your mobile data or wifi. We all know that social media is very important and popular and it can be useful to every one of us.

Using Social Media for Advocacy

Blogs (short for web-log and micro-blogs): It is a common method
of distributing news, thought, and even general information.
Today, many users will create and post a blog on a site like
WordPress or Tumblr, then distribute the post by another social
method, such as Facebook. Facebook and Twitter have some
functional limitations to the length of posts, though they do have a
much greater reach. Using Facebook and/or Twitter posts to
spread the word about a blog and redirecting traffic to the blog is a
more effective way to reach a broader audience than just using
one of these mediums alone. Once a blog is created the “blogger”
(author of the blog) needs to have an agenda and a regular
schedule for posting updates. The key is to keep to a regular
schedule, like once a day or once a week, so that followers know
when to expect updates. Also, remember to ask followers to
“subscribe” to your blog. This will automatically send them an
email when a new post is made and will give you an idea of how

many people are following your blog.

Facebook: Facebook is a connection website; the idea is that
people will connect with other people of similar interests,
employment, education, and even familial relations. Facebook
allows members to post pictures, link to blogs and videos, create
events, or create an entire page for an organization. Contacts or
friends can be found initially with people that you know with similar
interests, or colleagues that work in the same field. It is important
to remember that Facebook is a “social network”. Being a follower
of other organizations not only helps to promote them, but could
generate more followers for your organization. In addition, those
organizations can be a resource for yours or potential collaborator
on a project. Once a few friends are added, others can find your
page. Facebook can be used to highlight issues that are important
to your group and share photos and articles related to this. This is
where you can write your comments/opinions and your friends can
view your post and comment on it. You can also let friends know
about important training's or events.

Twitter: This site offers the shorter version of a blog, up to 140
characters. Post what you’re doing, where you are and what’s
going on around you. Regular posts from events and meetings
can keep your followers informed instantly on your organization’s
progress. Followers need to be established in the same way as
Facebook, and more can find you from there. Many mobile users
have Twitter push updates directly to their mobile devices.

In application of this, you should know the proper way of using those sites. You need to use it in a good way. Think before you post, comment and share to others. Be updated on what is happening in our society and be responsible in posting in the said websites.

THINK before you CLICK!
