BSBA Description

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program (BSBA), formerly known as BS in Commerce (BSC), is designed to produce graduates that possess a familiarity of business operations and equip them with critical decision making skills for strategic and executive work necessary for competing in the ever-changing world of global business. This is the program that empowers students with a basic and clear understanding of the functions of every division in a company, be it in marketing, finance, operations, human resources, and office management. Training in this program emphasizes leadership skills, and thus prepares them you managerial and supervisory positions.

If you are high school graduate you will be able to submit the necessary documents needed and pass the college entrance examination and interview, you will be eligible for admission and enrolment in the BSBA program.

There are different majors in BSBA program; here are the following majors:

Management Accounting

It deals with accounting which deals with company audits.

Entrepreneurship

The activity of setting up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit.

Marketing

The action or business of promoting and selling products or services, including market research and advertising.

Financial Management

Financial Management means planning, organizing, directing and controlling the financial activities such as procurement and utilization of funds of the enterprise. It means applying general management principles to financial resources of the enterprise.

Business management

The management aspect implies a clear and precise identification of duties and responsibilities. It also involves planning, organizing, directing, staffing and controlling.

Economics

The practice of allocating scarce resources to the needs of the many. Students will also engage in inter-disciplinary analyses of issues through various theories postulated by economic gurus.

Human Resource Development Management

Defines the human aspect of an organization with their social, financial, intellectual, physical needs and capacities. Theories and methodologies regarding leadership skills enable students to manage and utilize human resources to meet the needs of organizations in public, private and nonprofit sectors.

Una ko talagang course na gusto at flight attendant pero dahil hindi pwede (sa kasamaang palad HAHAHAHAHAHA) second choice ko ang business administration kasi kailangan naming ng business dahil wala ng work si papa so nagdecide na din ako na ituloy ang course na to. Marami din naman kasing offers kapag business administration ang natapos mo na course e, so ayun eto ako ngayon graduating na at sana makahanap  ng magandang trabaho.

In the future, pag graduate ko maghahanap agad ako ng work para makapag ipon at the same time makatulong na din sa family ko sunod magtatayo ng business at tutulong sa mga bayarin sa bahay. Sunod na plano ko at mag travel sa iba't-ibang lugar una na talaga dung Paris sobrang gusto ko makapunta sa Eiffel tower :D Last at magtravel kasama ang family at magkaron ng sariling family pag stable na ang work at status naming sa buhay.
